John Michael has been competing successfully in Three-Day Eventing, Show Jumping, and Hunters for over a decade, developing horses to the upper levels and achieving top results. He was the youngest ever to earn a Level 4 ICP Certification and today enjoys training riders and horses of all levels. His effective communication technique adjusts to suit each individual’s learning style, making him a popular clinician. On top of all of that, JM is also an FEI Eventing Level 2 and USEF “S” Course Designer.

Sarah Lawrence
Sarah is an enthusiastic entrepreneur and professional equestrian trainer who has focused on developing horses for dressage, eventing, and private racing farms. She is European trained in classical dressage, and her foundation in the jumping derives from the theory of dressage over fences. Emphasizing on quality and balance when developing a horse, Sarah provides a strong foundation of basics for each horse and individually structures the training programs to each horse’s needs. She is known for producing confident, insightful horses with a wide range of experience with a solid foundation over fences.
